In order to satisfy the needs of internationalization of the company' s business development, meet the crucial challenges facing the world, improve the ability of our staff, and actively promote business development. As a bridge of communication, business English is one of the essential skills.

With 20 employees participating in the training, the class was officially held on July 17th, 2019. It took more than 10 months and a total of 165 class hours with the unremitting efforts of English teachers and students. The first business English training class was assessed and the graduation ceremony was held.

Learning moment

On the evening of July 24th, 2019, business English is officially held. According to the English level and learning objectives of the students, English teachers provided customized textbooks and learning plans. Everyone was very active in the class. They listened to the class and gave feedback in time and took notes carefully.

Through different learning directions, flexible and interesting teaching skills were used to help each student accumulate more daily vocabulary and daily language, and help everyone to build up their confidence in English communication and improve their English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Graduation moment

The harvest of learning achievements was not only a verification of knowledge learning, but also a driving force for their progress. From 18:00 to 20:00 on April 15th, 2020, the first phase of business English training course was held.

The graduation ceremony as well as excellent commendation meeting were held on the evening of April 16th.

In order to enhance the learning effect, the training took the form of small class, a total of 20 students participated in the study, 12 students participated in the graduation assessment, and 11 students passed the examination with excellent results, with a pass rate of 91.7%.

Leader' s speech

Luo Sifa, manager of HR, expressed his thanks to two teachers and the staff of this class for their hard work. He praised the active participation and persistent learning attitude of the students. Today' s graduation was full stop, however, it did not mean the end. It was a new beginning.

Liu Jinjun, general manager of auto mold department, delivered a speech at the graduation ceremony. He hoped that all the students would lead everyone in their future work and create a good environment for everyone to learn English. Thus, they can communicate with overseas customers without obstacles so as to improve work efficiency in the future work.

The successful completion of the first training course of business English witnessed the transformation of every student from "caution" when they regained English to "confident" expression and communication more than 10 months later.
