On the morning of Dec. 12th, the theme activity of carrying forward the spirit of craftsmen and pay tribute to the craftsmen in Guanyi was staged in Dongguan Radio and Television Station.

Liu Zaihua, senior manager of Auto Molds Department, won the craftsman in Guanyi award.

Liu Zaihua, senior manager, has been engaged 20 years on auto molds industry, specializing in striving to make technological breakthrough of molds as well as reform and innovation and making a breakthrough of several technical problems of auto molds manufacturing. He has made great efforts and contributions to technical precipitation and standard construction of the company.

Zhou Fupeng, vice general manager of Auto Tool Department, won the chief technician award.

Zhou Fupeng, vice general manager, has made remarkable achievements in technical issues settlement, technological innovation, and management thoughts. In his management planning, the current technical key projects are pointed out, also technical development projects in the next 3 to 5 years are studied. He has provided effective competitiveness for the development of technical advantages of the company and the industry.

In line with the purpose of improving staff skill level of company, the training mode of high skilled talents is created, and the training level of skilled talents of the company is continuously enhanced.
