Fitters Molds Skills Competition
To build a skilled talents city as the traction, to further implement the leading plan of craftsman elite, to improve the development of skilled talents and engineering and technical personnel and to make contributions to enhance technical innovation, training level of talents and industrial upgrading development of Chang' an machinery industry, the 2018 Chang' an Professional Fitter Skills Competition was held by Chang' an general labor union in Dongguan on Nov. 18th, and the competition ceremony was held in Dongguan Mechanical and Electrical engineering school.
The practical skills competition includes chiseling, filing, sawing, drilling, hinging, tapping, thread die cutting, scraping, and grinding, assembling and adjusting, workpiece inspection and processing of fitter technique. There were 70 participants from 14 communities in Chang' an, and 6 colleagues from our company went to participate in the competition. After a day of intense pursuit, 4 of them came out on top and won 1 first prize, 2 third prize and 1 excellent award respectively.
In order to honor the winners who had achieved great achievement in the 2018 Chang' an Professional Fitter Skills Competition and carry forward the spirit of craftsman of the times, the award ceremony was held by Chang' an Association in Dongguan on Nov. 25th, 2018.

Although the competition was over, the best wishes are for all colleagues to bring their passion and attitude of striving for the first place to their work, and bring the spirit of craftsman to their work to go on rooting and sprouting. Everyone is supposed to put their heart and soul into their work and fulfil their duties. With a pragmatic and serious work attitude, each of them should constantly learn to improve their work abilities so that they are able to meet new challenges.
What' s more, everyone is devoted themselves to the development of LUCKY with practical action. Meanwhile, the spirit of craftsman in the new era should be carried forward and positive energy could be spread!
