A letter to all the employees!

2020-02-22

Dear LUCKY family,

The company has officially resumed work and production on Feb. 10th, 2020, which depends on the command of the company' s leadership team and the efforts of all staff. Thanks for your participation and support!

This year began in a way that no one had anticipated. The sudden outbreak of COVID-19 has been affecting the hearts of the whole nation since the eve of New Year. And we were all immersed in worry as well as moving.

After the outbreak of COVID-19, information from various platforms appeared frequently, and their towns and villages were blocked. The leaders of the company were concerned about the news of every LUCKY family members, whether they were healthy or not, and whether life is good or not. The result of telephone interview every day has become the most concerned thing of company leaders. We should take initiative to isolate ourselves while those who wear in white are rushing to the front line. The government has rules and regulations to return to work, enterprises are in compliance with regulations in batches, and employees should return to their posts in an orderly and reasonable manner. People from the whole country are supposed to bear their own, family and social responsibilities in the face of the epidemic with warmth and strength with their capability.

A COVID-19 prevention and control leading group was set up on Jan. 27th to launch the epidemic prevention control work, arrange relative measures, reserve materials and focus on the construction of epidemic prevention facilities.

In order to ensure the orderly and normal work during the epidemic prevention, the work were arranged including the return of employees in batches, the investigation and treatment of the epidemic situation of the returned personnel, the peak commute, dining in batches, disinfection and so on. However, the effective means of epidemic prevention and control should be done well by individuals:

Everyone should do well in self-management and prevention. At present, most companies in Chang' an have returned to work and production with dense personnel and large turnover. It is hoped that those who have returned to the posts can strictly abide by the company' s epidemic prevention and control measures, consciously do not go out (you must always wear a mask while going out), maintain good personal hygiene and pay attention to health and safe diet, less gathering, no dinner, no midnight snack, cherish yourself, family and colleagues.

In recent days, the feedback from LUCKY family members returning to their posts shown that the blockade has been lifted and traffic has been restored in all villages and towns. We hereby appeal to those who haven' t returned to their posts should return to work in time and in accordance with the regulations under the condition of ensuring their own health and safety.

If you are still unable to return to work due to epidemic prevention and control, please contact your TCC leader or your department director to explain the situation before March 1st. Meanwhile, please contact immediately your TCC leader or your department director if your need help from the company when returning to work, and the company will provide corresponding support including traffic arrangement, issuing certificates and so on. If there are many fellow countrymen including recommending employees to work in the company and giving rewards at the same time, you can make an appointment to return to work together under the condition of maintaining safety, and the company is able to send a special car to pick you up. At present, let' s work hand in hand to deal with the situation calmly, understand, support and help each other. All the difficulties in the past are to pave the way for a better future. All the trials and tribulations are to embrace the brilliant light of the sun. LUCKY family has done all the epidemic prevention work, and LUCKY is waiting for you to go back home!
